/ kitchen area. The fully fitted kitchen includes a full oven and full
size refrigerator. There is a doorway direct onto a balcony so that you
can enjoy the view with your meals! The living room is spacious and
comfortable, with a bed settee for extra sleeping accommodation. There is
a television, and a door onto a separate balcony to enjoy the views. There
is also a wc / washroom.
A staircase leads down to the lower floor.
Lower floor: Two spacious bedrooms. One contains a queen size bed. The
other contains two single beds. Each has a separate balcony. There is a
separate bathroom with wc and full size bath.
The houses come fully furnished and ready to move into. They are air
conditioned and centrally heated throughout.
Four of the houses are sold with car parking space. The other four
houses are sold without parking space. |
