Entrance is through the
front door into a very large open plan living / dining / kitchen
area. Tiled floors and a new high timbered ceiling give a
feeling of space. All the windows are double glazed with fly
screens. Together with the thick natural stone walls this keeps
the house warm during the winter, and fresh and breezy during
the summer.
The current owners have
not fitted a kitchen, as it is expected that any new owners
would want to make their own decisions on this.
There is a small
upstairs wc and washroom.
A wooden staircase leads
down to three double bedrooms and a bathroom.
The master bedroom has a
private en-suite shower / wc, and
double doors open onto a railed patio.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 are
spacious and have double glazed windows and stone walls to keep
the cool during the summer. All three bedrooms have natural
stone floors with under-floor central heating, for warmth during
the winter.

with bath and wc, also with
under-floor central heating.
To the front of the
house is a large stone paved patio, breezy and sheltered from
the sun, with nice views. There is also a private paved parking
area for one car, opening on to a public road.
Large solar panels
provide hot water and central heating all year, with electric
backup if necessary.
