Villa Guardinage Services We offer a complete range of services designed to provide peace of mind for villa owners that are not in full time residence.Your property will be visited on a regular basis, whether it is being rented or vacant, this provides a certain level of security rather than being left unattended for long periods of time. During these visits, your property will be visually inspected for any necessary repairs or damage to electrical and plumbing systems, building fabric etc. Something as simple as a water leak can cause a great deal of damage, or an electrical fault could even cause a fire if not attended to! If you intend to rent your property out, these visits also provide an independent inspection of your investment to the rental companies representative. In addition, we will respond quickly to any call-outs to breakdowns or repairs to your property thus minimising the disruption to your clients. If required, we can also take care of your rental ‘turn around’ needs, such as cleaning, laundry, welcome packs etc. All year round property security & maintenance visits.
